Engine computer is out.
My neighbor removed the faulty engine computer of my F-350 today and charged me nothing. (Next move, mail the faulty computer to a repair shop.)

That may not seem like much, however, it marks the end of a many weeks stand-down as I re-engineered the entire video production process. Two videos at Eternal Weight of Glory and four videos at Practical Christian Living.
Fresh bread and hot meat.
A fresh loaf on the counter, and two roasts, beef and pork, hot in the breadmaker.
Broken the Everlasting Covenant
The earth suffers for the sins of its people, for they have twisted God’s instructions, violated his laws, and broken his everlasting covenant. – Isaiah 24:5
More and more today, people are calling sweet “bitter”, and calling bitter “sweet” as they proclaim “politically correct” moral dogmas that are directly opposite to the Everlasting Covenant which God made with all of us through Noah.

Trust and Obey…
Walking with Jesus.
We think of it as the big things, the spiritual things, the religious things.
It’s the the little things, the mundane things, one small obedience that seems at the time trivial.
Knowing, somehow, that it was time Wednesday to undertake a long delayed task.
Having clear direction yesterday evening that it was time, at that moment, to finish the task.
Knowing (and it has taken years for Jesus to teach me this) that it was my Father’s will.
Right now.
This minute.
Of course, as these things usually do, it got tangled up, it went wrong, it was frustrating…
And then an hour on the phone with a customer service representative halfway around the world, ministering Jesus to someone in need of encouragement.
It’s the little things.
…no turning back, … …no turning back.
Putting up another video post.
Remembering.
…and suddenly, weeping.
Jesus, hold me in your arms.
It has been harder than I ever imagined.
I am still here.
With You.

Muzzle Not the Ox
The Un-Muzzled Ox
Who serves as a soldier at his own expense? Who plants a vineyard and does not eat of its fruit? Who tends a flock and does not drink of its milk? Do I say this from a human perspective? Doesn’t the Law say the same thing? For it is written in the Law of Moses: “Do not muzzle an ox while it is treading out the grain.” Is it about oxen that God is concerned? Isn’t He actually speaking on our behalf? Indeed, this was written for us, because when the plowman plows and the thresher threshes, they should also expect to share in the harvest. If we have sown spiritual seed among you, is it too much for us to reap a material harvest from you?
